While I love the flavour, I'm not quite so keen on the unrefined texture. It's very course and I found small bits of nibs in my teeth long after the chocolate had gone. Texture is a personal preference, and is obviously a deliberate choice from Minimal, but I prefer my chocolate smooth. Amazing flavour though.
